The company -“Chon Pin” , which was established in 1986, is a professional parts manufacturer in stamping and forming processes. We have supplied many products to the supply chains of the automotive and motorcycle industries for over 35 years. The main parts supplied to the automotive and motorcycle industries are shim, valve seat, valve guide, piston pin, crank pin, gasket, spacer…..etc. The parts are assembled in the engine and braking system, such as cylinder, valve, water pump, oil pump, generator, crankcase, piston, carburetor…etc. During the past 10 more years, we have joined the supply chains of different kinds of industries, such as medical equipment, CNC lathe, precision instrument, electronic communication equipment, sports equipment and green power system
to develop market diversely.
We always manufacture by stamping according to the customer’s design. We not only focus on the upgrade of stamping and forming technology for mild steel material, but also pay more attention to research the processing technology for different kinds of material, such as carbon steel, spring steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, phosphor bronze, aluminum, vulcanized fibre paper, PVC, NYLON….etc. Recently we provide the service of the integrated different processes such as stamping combined with latheing, cold forging, composite processing, grinding…etc to solve the complicated processes management problems for customer.
We upgrade on the production technology continuously. Furthermore, we also improve our management system endlessly. We have already successively passed ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949 certifications from 2006 to 2018 and also keep the certifications till now. The new ERP management system has been constructed to assist process flow management more smoothly and meet the customer’s requirement faster

Company development history: The company-“Chon Pin” was established in Hsien-Tien District, New Taipei City. The main products of the company were stamped parts to supply domestic market.
In 1996, The company supplied stamped parts and related fasteners to the three major motorcycle factories in domestic market.
In 2002, The branch plant in Shu-Lin District was established to increase production facilities and production capacities
In 2005, The branch plant in Guangdong province, China was established；The sales department was established commonly with the local screw factory in Vietnam.
In 2006, The company has passed the ISO 9001：2000 certification of the international quality management system.
In 2007, The pneumatic stamping machines had been purchased progressively to increase the production precisions and enlarge the ranges of the products spec. and also to increase the safety of the operators
In 2008, The 30% of the sales amount was occupied by export market promotion.
In 2010, The mold department was established to update the structure of all the molds in the whole plant and to assemble all the production molds by ourselves to increase the efficiency and effects.
In 2013, The company has passed the ISO/TS 16949：2009 certification of the international quality management system in automotive supply chain
In 2018, The company has passed the IATF 16949：2016 certification of the international quality management system in automotive supply chain.
The company adjusted the market share of fuel cars and electric vehicle according to the carbon emission reduction in global.
In 2022, According to the restructing of the industrial supply chains in the global market, we no more stick to the original field and develop the supply chain markets of medical equipment, CNC lathe, precision instrument, electronic communication equipment, sports equipment, green power system equipment.
